Return Policy

Thank you for choosing JENN LEE.
We value every piece we create and hope it accompanies you with comfort, confidence, and care.
Please read the following return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Seven-Day Inspection Period


In accordance with consumer protection regulations, customers are entitled to a seven-day inspection period, starting from the day after the item is received.

Please note that this inspection period is not a trial period.
Items must remain in brand-new condition in order to be eligible for return or exchange.


2. Conditions Not Eligible for Return or Exchange


Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Missing accessories, tags, packaging, or complimentary items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or carry odors

  • Damage caused by improper use

  • Customized / made-to-order items, which are not eligible for return or exchange

Alterations for Customized Items

If alterations are required for customized items, please contact us within two weeks of receiving the item.
Requests made after this period will be handled as standard alteration services and charged according to JENN LEE’s alteration price list.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange


Please submit your request within seven days of receiving the item via one of the following channels:

  • Shopline order message

  • Official Instagram direct message

  • Email: jennleeteam@gmail.com (Please include “Return / Exchange Request” in the subject line.)

Our team will respond as soon as possible to guide you through the next steps.


4. Returning Items & Refund Process


Once your request has been approved, please return the item within five days, ensuring it is properly packaged.

Please note:
We currently only accept return shipments sent via Taiwan Post.
After shipping, kindly inform us of the shipment details through the original contact channel.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will proceed with the refund or exchange accordingly.


5. Required Information for Return / Exchange Requests


To ensure smooth processing, please provide the following information when submitting your request:

  • Item name

  • Recipient name

  • Contact phone number

  • Return address

  • Refund bank account details (for non–credit card payments)

7. Refund Methods & Processing Time


  • Credit Card Payments
    Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has passed inspection.
    The actual posting date depends on your card issuer’s billing cycle.

  • Cash on Delivery / Bank Transfer Payments
    Refunds will be transferred to the designated bank account within 5–10 business days after inspection.


8. Shipping Fee Policy


Shipping fees incurred from returns or exchanges will be determined based on the reason for the request.
Any applicable charges will be communicated to you during the confirmation process.
