As fit may vary depending on individual proportions, additional shipping fees will apply for size exchanges.

Most items are in stock and will be shipped according to payment completion time.
In the event of out-of-stock items, we will notify you via email or announcement.
All items within one order will be shipped together.
If split shipments are required, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact customer service in advance.
To protect your rights, please record an unboxing video upon receipt.
Items showing makeup stains, dirt, or signs of wear are not eligible for exchange.
If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within three business days and return the item within seven days.
Due to limited quantities, if restocking is not possible, we will notify you regarding order handling.

After You Purchase
Customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (excluding national holidays).
Outside business hours, please contact us via email or official Instagram. We will respond as soon as possible.
Once an order is placed, changes to items, order merging, or manual modifications are not permitted.
We will never request ATM operations or installment cancellations by phone.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted for defective items or size issues.
Returns due to personal preference are not accepted.
Please contact us within three days of receipt and provide the following information:
・Account name
・Recipient name
・Contact number
・Item details
・Reason for exchange
Once approved, please return the item within three days with the shipping handling fee.
NT$80 applies within Taiwan; overseas rates vary.

Defective Item Exchange
All items are inspected before shipment.
